• 空調・冷凍機器のインバータシステム及び高調波抑制機器の開発・設計・量産業務 (Design and development of inverter system and harmonic suppressor for air-conditioning, refrigerator, and chiller products)
• インバータ及びパワーエレクトロニクスを主とした制御・回路・基板・アセンブリの設計 (Development of inverter and power electronics for control system, circuit and PCB assembly)
• 空調・冷凍機器のＥＭＣ及び熱設計・解析・対策 (EMC and Thermal design)
• モータ及び圧縮機を使用したインバータシステムの評価・試験 (Design validation and testing of the inverter for motor and compressor)
• 技術ロードマップの作製 (Creation of technology roadmap)

SKILLS:

• ハードウエア開発に関わる以下の分野について豊富な知識を有していること (Have abundant knowledge in the following fields related to hardware development)
• 電気・電子回路の設計経験者,特にパワーデバイス・インバータ・スイッチング回路 (Experience in electrical/electronic circuit design, especially power device and inverter switching circuit)
• 基板及びアセンブリの設計・量産経験者 (Experience in PCB board design and production assembly)

• 設計業務に関わる以下の知識を有していると尚よい (The following knowledge related to engineering work is a plus)
• PCB boardのアートワーク設計の知識を有している (Have knowledge of PCB board artwork design)
• Spice, Simproler等シミュレーションのツール使用経験者 (Experience in Spice, Simproler for simulation)
• EMC設計・解析・対策の経験者 (Experience in EMC design and analysis)

EDUCATION BACKGROUND: 

• 電気、電子分野で修士号、学士号または同等の技術を有し、ハードウエア開発の実務経験が3年以上の者 (Maser degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of electrical or electronics and at least 3 years of practical experience in hardware development)

EXPERIENCE:  

• グローバルマーケット向け電気・電子機器の開発において3年以上の経験があること (Minimum 3 years’ experience in development of electronics product and delivering to global market)
• 電気・電子機器の開発において、設計から評価、量産といった製品ライフサイクル全般の経験があること (Has experience in overall electronics product lifecycle, from schematic design, DVT (Design Validation Testing) until mass production)
