  5. Storage the primary procurement data and maintain
  6. Treatment for procurement team to work smoothly
  7. Implement Procurement IT solutions
Principl Duties

Leading Business Process for procurement – The Procurement Excellence team   (Procurement Strategy and Governance) is responsible for the overall efficiency of the procurement team

  1. Implementation of Global procurement Policy including training and process standardization
    (DOA/VMF /PR/ PO/Competitive Bidding/3Way Matching/Open PO/ 3P DD,others)
  2. Administration of Basic Agreement (JCH T&C’s) – updates, training, tracking implementation
  3. Procurement IT Program Management – responsible for understand the IT solutions to increase procurement efficiency.  Will need to help lead the strategic selection of IT Solutions.  Work with IT to implement solutions.  Train and insure implementation of solution
    a. Administration of Conflict Mineral
    b. SAP implementation in Takeshiba
  4. Creating and tracking SG&A budget for procurement
  5. Project management (IT, Training, )

Coordinating team events (OTR, Team Events, Supplier Expectations Day, Leadership visits)

Supporting Procurement Excellence

  1. Collection & Analysis of Procurement Saving & Spend
  2. Utilization of JCI/JCH System (ERP(SAP, others)/CI Track/GEP/E-Auction/Sharepoint
  3. Bridge with Legacy Hitachi GR (TSA , Procurement Agreement with Hirachi ,communication with HAP , HQ )
  1. Experience   
    (1) procurement in manufacturing factory
    (2) Administration in procurement
    (3) ERP development 
    (4) Global procurement ( Working  in overseas factory )
  2. Expertise  
    (1) Excellent with Microsoft office creating professional-level documents
    (2) Legal information for commercial especially in  Japan
  3. IT system knowledge
    Working for Hitachi Gr would be better
  4. Business English required; Japanese & Chinese preferable
  5. Event Organization
