製品の開発評価技術者を募集しています。業務としては、設計より提示された製品仕様・特徴・機能を分析し、必要な試験方法や試験計画書を立案します。その後、立案した試験計画書に基づいて試験員に試験を実施させ、得られた試験結果に対する考察を行い、報告書を纏めます。さらに、新たに立案した試験方法およびその試験手順の標準化・基準化も行います。

We are looking for a product development and evaluation engineer. The work involves analyzing the product specifications, features, and functions provided by the design team, and formulating the necessary test methods and test plans. Then, based on the test plan, has the test technicians conduct tests, discusses the test results obtained, and compiles a report. Also standardization of the newly developed test methods and test procedures is included

• 設計より提示された製品仕様、変更点を基に試験計画書の作成と試験条件を立案する。(Prepare a test plan and test conditions based on the product specifications and change points provided by the design team)
• 新機能に対して、新しい試験手順および判定方法を検討し、立案する。(Examine and prepare new test procedures and judgment methods for new functions)
• 決められた試験計画および定められた試験基準・手順に従い試験の実施を試験員に指示し実行させる。(Instructs and executes the test in accordance with the determined test plan and established test criteria/procedures to the test technicians)
• 試験結果や試験状況について設計チームと打ち合わせを行う。(Have a meeting with design team and discuss the test results and test status)
• 保有する試験設備・試験装置の校正、維持を行う。(Calibrate and maintain the testing facilities and equipment)
• 試験員のトレーニング、および必要に応じて技術サポートを行う。(Train testers and provide technical support as needed)
• 実施する試験が会社および業界の基準を満たしていることを確認する。(Ensure that the tests performed meet company and industry standards)
• 試験結果を試験報告書に纏める。(Prepare test reports of test results)
• 試験手順書、試験基準書の改定や新規制定を行う。(Revise or newly create test procedures and test standards)
• 社内で制定された規則（環境、労働安全衛生、品質　等）をおよび方針を理解・遵守し、危険な状況の排除に取り組む。(Understands and complies with company regulations (environmental, occupational health and safety, quality, etc.) and policies, and works to eliminate hazardous situations)

Required:

• 技術系またはその他の関連分野で5年以上の経験 (At least 5 years of experience in engineering or other related field)
• 工学関連分野（機械・電気）に関する豊富な知識 (Strong knowledge of engineering related fields in mechanical and/or electrical)
• 原因究明と問題解決の能力を有する事 (Ability to identify causes and solve problems)
• 既成概念にとらわれない柔軟な思考・判断ができること (Flexible thinking and judgment, free from preconceived notions)
• 様々な相手との円滑なコミュニケーションスキルを有すること (Smooth communication skills with a variety of counterparts)
• PC（オフィスアプリケーション）を使いこなすことができること (Ability to use PCs and office applications)

Preferred:

• 試験関連の設備や技術に精通していることが望ましい (Familiarity with testing equipment and techniques is desirable)
• 冷凍サイクル技術の知識を有することが望ましい (Knowledge of refrigeration cycle technology is desirable)
• 関連業界での経験・知識を有することが望ましい (Experience and knowledge in related industries is desirable)
• 英語でのコミュニケーションスキルを有することが望ましい (Good communication skills in English are desirable)
